I stayed in a Premium King Room with River View for a couple of nights while exploring the nearby attractions. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the river. The breakfast spread was delightful and really set a positive tone for my day. I did face a minor hiccup with the air conditioning, as it didn't seem to work well, but overall, I loved my experience and would return easily.

The breakfast was very good with stunning views, you will not be disappointed. The location was good and unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to Villach Innenstadt.

The hotel met the criteria, I would like to come again. All good - I liked this brand-new venue - the food was outstanding and the stuff where very helpful and excellant. The room was silent and new-fashioned and the location was amazing. The breakfast was gorgeous, the check in was easy. Spa was available here too...

Oh man, the breakfast here is killer! I loved the fantastic selection, and the view from the restaurant balcony? Just lovely! Plus, I got to enjoy the cozy spa area after indulging in some of the most delish food around. Honestly, couldn't get enough of that homemade tofu!

Only a small point but the reception staff on a few occasions left the desk and put up a 'back shortly' sign. Not good if you under time pressure, it allows queues to build up.

i checked out night before due to early departure but they made mistake on bill and it took a while to sort out and i found this embarrassing , we had a group booking which i know was a bit difficultr but even so

The soundproofing could use significant improvement!!! The bathroom design is impractical. Glass cubicles offer zero privacy for family stays. Parking costs are outrageous and left a sour taste during the trip!!!

first of all, I loved fantastic view from the bar lounge, beautiful terrace whether for a breakfast or just for a drink. Perfect service provided by absolutely all hotel stuff. Cleanliness at rooms, I've seen three of them, visiting my friends.

from my point of view, I would rate it as a little bit too expensive, bearing in mind that this is not a such a touristic destination and not a famous place to visit.

Everything felt modern and stylish , especially the fine views from my room, made every morning extraordinary. The staff were genuinely helpful, providing me great tips on local trails.

The hotel is spotless, facilities are very modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Excellent location in downtown Villach, just five minutes' walk from the train/bus terminal.

I think the hotel is more suitable for solo/business travellers than for couples. Privacy is a real issue as the rooms' glass-walled toilets and showers have no special ventilation switches. The bathroom's configuration is fine for a single traveller, but does not "flow" well for two people. We kept getting into each other's way.

Small things like: a sharp corner of a small cupboard next to the bed much too close to the eyes, double rooms seem designed for single use (e.g. all glass walls of bathroom and WC = not possible to make light in the WC without making light in the bedroom; only one chair for sitting upright and only one chair to lean back), dangerous to lean out of the windows although the view tempts you to, internet access only for people bringing their own computer, restaurant staff controls who gets water when from the bottle you ordered. Rooms have no terrace - would have been great.

The spacious Premium King Room provided fine river views. The air conditioning system was inadequate during hot nights.

A good std business hotel

The sole claim is about a minimal defect, There are no instructions of use for the card in the lift.

The rollercoaster I didn't see coming

The hotel features cozy rooms with comfortable bedding and a lovely breakfast selection that kickstarts your day. The staff, particularly a compassionate receptionist named Petra, were really nice when I needed assistance.

Parking costs seemed excessive, and I faced issues with noise from nearby rooms that disrupted my sleep. The soundproofing could definitely use some improvement to enhance guest comfort.
